b. Location of investment:

Northeastern residential area of Phan Rang-Thap Cham is in the northeastern of central city including 2 zones, zone 1 and zone 2 with total area of 318.3 hectares.

- Zone 1: Belongs to Thanh Son ward and present Van Hai, Thanh Hai wards. The scale is 94.0 hectares. Present population accounts for 1,500 persons. It is limited by:  Borders Ngo Gia Tu street (present road) in the west; Nguyen Van Cu road (provincial road No 702, presently) in the north; Tran Quang Dieu road (planned road) in the south; Nguyen Tri Phuong road (planned road) in the east.

- Zone 2: Belongs to the region of My Hai and Van Hai wards. The scale is 224.3 hectares. Present population accounts for about 3,000 persons. It is limited by:  Borders Yen Ninh road (present road) in the east; Nguyen Thi Minh Khai road (provincial road No 702) in the north; Bui Thi Xuan road (planned road) in the south; Huynh Phuoc and Phan Boi Chau roads (present roads) in the west.

c. Investment objectives:

Northeastern residential zone of Phan Rang-Thap Cham is the new urban zone which is shaped in the north of 16-4 road, close to Ninh Chu tourism resort and it has lots of convenient conditions to speed up the economy of the city in the fields of tourism, service- resort,etc.

d. Ownership:

Domestic, joint venture or 100% foreign capital.

e. Area:

The total area of 318.3 hectares including 2 zones, in zone 1with the scale of 88.1 hectares and zone 2 with the scale of 199.5 hectares.

g. Favorable conditions for project implementation:

The project is planned a total new urban area, the position is close to Binh Son-Ninh Chu marine tourism resort combined with the centre of the city. Presently, most of area is agricultural production land, the topology is plain that is favorable for construction.
